Skillsoft’s courses, books and videos have been expertly developed to ensure that they maximise business skills, performance, and talent development. Skillsoft currently serves over 6,000 customers and more than 19,000,000 learners around the world.


In what was quite a tough, yet not unfamiliar brief, we were faced with the challenge of explaining a complex process as simply as possible. After a long and intensive sales cycle, the last thing a customer wants to hear is that there is still plenty more work to be done. It’s a real motivation killer! And the kick off meeting is just that. Mapping all of the content the customer has just signed up to, to the departments and job functions within their organisation. It’s a critical stage that can dictate the success of the relationship but without a positive spin, in many instances both Skillsoft and the customer came away feeling deflated. Our job was to provide a tool that would have the opposite effect and prepare everyone for success.



Our bright, simple, fluid animation, accompanied by an informative and understated voice over, undoubtedly condenses into a couple of minutes what can often take hours to explain in a meeting.

By asking Skillsoft’s customers to put aside two minutes prior to the meeting to watch a video that’s positive and results focused, you know they will be prepared, engaged and excited about starting their programme.
